You can buy tickets from See Tickets and the front bar at Chinnerys. You can also click the menu tab above to see all shows currently on sale, with links to buy tickets.
No problem if you can’t print your ticket, forget it, or just want to save a tree like us. Just make sure you have your confirmation email on your phone to show at the box office.
Our music venue is located all on one level, ensuring easy accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges. We have an accessible toilet available in the front bar on the same level for added convenience. However, it's important to note that we do not have a raised area specifically designated for wheelchairs. Depending on the event's attendance and setup, wheelchair users may experience restricted viewing. We strive to accommodate all patrons to the best of our ability and are continuously working to improve accessibility features within our venue. If you have specific concerns or requirements, please feel free to contact us in advance, and we'll do our utmost to assist you.
The venue is standing only, with no seating available. However, there is plenty of seating in the front bar for a before- or after-show drink.
We always recommend Seaway Car Park, which is immediately behind Chinnerys. Tariffs and opening times are available on the Seaway Car Park information page.
SEAWAY CAR PARK INFOMATION
Exact stage times are not usually advertised, as we often do not receive fully accurate timings until a couple of days before the event, and sometimes not until the day itself. When we do receive accurate stage times, we try to post them on the Facebook event page on the day of the show. As a general guide, if doors open at 7:30pm, support bands will usually start between 7:45pm and 9:00pm, with the headline band on stage between 9:00pm and 9:30pm, finishing around 10:30pm or 11:00pm.
Again it can be quite varied, but we try to get most shows finished by 11pm, so people have enough time to make public transport. The front bar does have a 2am license if you want to carry on partying after the gig.
Yes, we do. It’s situated to the right as you enter the venue, and it costs £1 per item.
If you have lost an item or left something in the cloakroom, please call 01702 467305 with a description of the item, the date of the show, your contact details, and any other relevant information. We will check, and if the item can be located, we will contact you to arrange collection. We keep items for a maximum of four months; after this period, they are passed on to local charity shops. Valuable items may be held for longer. Items such as passports and IDs are handed to the relevant authorities if they are not collected within this time frame. This does not include confiscated IDs.
Yes, please. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you may be asked for ID at the bar if you are purchasing alcohol.
Yes, we do. Please note that there is a minimum spend of £5 at the bar to pay by card. We do not accept card payments at the box office; it is cash only. You can get cashback at the bar if you arrive without cash, and there are also cash points along the seafront.
